My Question or Issue

We missed a payment so we went to start it again on the same account but for some reason none of the accounts synced backup. When I sent the link to my brother it said he could not join because he joined one within the last 12 months I need this fixed. The account that has the family plan is lap.ccp.

Hey @CannonPhelps, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

If your brother was on the Premium Family plan that was canceled and restarted, then he won’t be able to join a new Premium Family or Premium Duo plan until the 12 month limit has passed.
