Cant start premium or family after cancelling premium on my mobile operator.

Cant start premium or family after cancelling premium on my mobile operator.

I want to upgrade to Premium Family. Spotify says that my subscription is handled by my mobile operator Telia. Telia said that they dont have family solution. So i cancelled my subsciption over there. Spotify says its still handeled by Telia and i cant change any settings on my Spotify account.

Hey @mihkelvetemaa

 

Since you currently have an active subscription, you'll still be on Premium for the remainder of the month you've paid for. Then, after that, your account will revert back to 'Spotify Free'. Once that happens, try upgrading your account here.
