Change family premium plan manager

Me and my husband have a premium family account. He is the the plan manager and managed to logout of his account on all devices. He cannot login, because he does not know his login information. He cannot reset his password, because he no longer has access to the email he used to create the account with. He obviously cannot change his email on his spotify account, because he has no access...


FAQs suggest to just cancel and start from scratch, but he cannot cancel without having access. And I cannot cancel, because he is the plan manager. How do we get out of this?

Either his profile email address would have to be changed, or I would have to be made plan manager - with the help of support
