How can I change the subscription from family(3 members) to duo (2 members)?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

In order to do that, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to subscribe to Premium Duo at https://spotify.com/duo.

 

Instructions on how to cancel and how that affects your account can be found at https://support.spotify.com/article/cancel-premium/.
