My Question or Issue
I had 2 days before my duo plan was expired so I decided to upgrade to family premium but on my Spotify account it's still showing duo premium not family premium I'm confused since I paid the amount for family plan I have attached pictures for proof please do reply.

In this case it would be best to reach out to our support folks to see what has happened here, as we're unable to see your accounts from the Community 🙂
If your plan has remained unchanged, it may be worth a shot to verify with your bank if your payment for Premium Family has successfully gone through.

We're really glad this is now fixed for you. We'd like to add that we've gone ahead and edited your post, since on of the screenshots you kindly sent us contained sensitive info. Keep in mind this is a public space, so, to maintain your data secure, we've deleted said screenshot.
