I have an iphone 6s, my son has an iphone 5

My Question or Issue

Hi, I changed my plan to Family, invited my son and there are sveral issues:

 

First, the invite says 'you are about to join to the plan of Erol Giv'-- this is not my name.

 

He joined using the invite code I sent from my account and he is not on Premium, can't skip song, etc.

 

Furthermore, when I'm logged in, it says 'join Premium!' --- but I have premium. This isn't working at all. How can I get help? Is there a live chat?  Please see screenshot

Hey @bguy11217, I'll be happy to help! 

 

Could you try sending your son another invite using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, could you try sending another one using a different valid email address?

 

In terms of the 'Get Premium' button, that will show on your community account even if you have Premium - which is no worries. As long as you have Premium, you can ignore that button 🙂
