Changing E-mail address for family member

Hi All,

I have my father setup on my family account and he no longer has access to the e-mail address that he originally signed up. He's recently purchased a new phone and needs to reset the password on his account. How do I change the e-mail address on a family member? I could remove and re-create it but he'd lose the playlists then.

Hey @MikeAU85, and welcome to the community.

For this particular case, I would encourage you to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence.
