My Question or Issue

My family decided to get Premium Family. I've used Premium Duo with my cousin who lives with us. I've got an invitation from my mom but but whenever I entered our address there was a mistake and to try again later. I've even tried to log from my father's phone but with no results. I menaged to get into Family account my father (earlier free user), my mom (now an administrator in our Family Premium, earlier free), my brother (individual premium) and my cousin (she had premium duo with me but could change with no problem). I even tried canceling my previous subscription but it doesn't work. What can I do?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

The reason you're unable to join is because you're currently the owner of a Premium Duo plan (at least that's what it sounds like). 🙂

 

Once the plan has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite. If you haven't canceled yet, I recommend doing so.
