Changing payment method

My Question or Issue

Registered in Kazakhstan, living in Georgia. Can't change the payment method and invite my familiy member (that I live with) because of the issue.

I guess, the issue is well known, the country section is simply grayed out and is blocked.

If I'd try to change the payment method, it says that I need to change the Coutry or region first. So I'm stuck in the loop.

Thanks for letting me know that you've already tried to follow the steps outlined in the support article. 🙂

In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting to the Georgia through the dropdown menu here.

Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your payment method from Georgia at https://spotify.com/premium.
