My Question or Issue

 Hello guys, I am new here but I have an issue. I am trying to accept a family plan invitation but it shows me a message that accounts can not change family plans more than once in a year but I have only been in one family plan and can not enter this new one. How can I make it work?

I understand your concern. 

Yes, if you have already been in a Family plan, and are trying to switch to the new one, you won't be able to. As stated in this support article,

  • 'You can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months'
