Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community.

Keep in mind that we don't offer a trial for Premium for Family subsciptions at the moment. However, if you availed of a trial for a regular Premium subscription and then switched to a Premium for Family plan, you shouldn't be charged right away. 

In that case, your next payment date will be earlier than it was, due to the difference between the rate for a regular Premium subscription and a Premium for Family.
