My Question or Issue

 I changed my payment method, from a credit card to another, and charged me $ 10 ($ 2.75) for this simple information update. This situation never happened it with any other service that i sign, they alway cancelled this transation's test, but Spotify seems to keep it.

I have this same issue and they never return it, this is the 4th time

Wen you change your payment method, most subscription services—including Spotify—usually do a "test charge" to verify the card. This is typically a small amount and is supposed to be automatically canceled or refunded by the service or the bank shortly afterward.

 

Can you please check your billing history to see if the charges show up there?

 

Just go to Spotify Receipts, compare the charges and dates and let me know!
