My Question or Issue;

I just bought Premium family plan. All others have succeeded in signing up, save my youngest. Signup page goes blank after her info is entered and 'Sign Up' clicked. 

Spotify has access to her gmail login info; that route doesn't work either. I am working on the above machine, as is my daughter. I have logged out of Spotify as directed before her attempts to sign up; still nothing! 

Attempts to reset her password also fail; no email from Spotify arrives in her inbox.

I'm out of ideas. 

Any suggestion, or known fixes?

Thanks for posting in the Community.


Just to make sure, have you considered the minimum age requirement for a regular account? If those are not met through the DOB field, you should put your DOB instead and create an account with an email address you own. This way you consent to your daughter using a regular account.
