Combining with Hulu

Spotify says I can bundle my hulu too, and I tried. It made me create 3 new spotify accounts and I lost all my playlists because I could not remember my password and spotify never send any emails to reset it. On top of that there are 3 $6 charges on my bank statement from the accounts spotify kept making me create. That's messed up. Why did you have to lie about the bundle? None of the 3 accounts let me have premium on spotify. I ended up cancelling the bundle and going to $.99 for 3 months. You guys are messed up for charging $18 dollars for a broken service.
