Confirming address when not at home.

Just received the new info on procedures for confirming family members' addressses.  If my wife/kids etc... confirm their address when they are out of the house, is this going to cause a problem if their IP address suggests that they are not at our registered (geographical) family address?

Hey @Rob4, thanks for reaching to the Community!

So this shouldn’t be an issue to confirm the address of your family!

Unless it prompts you to confirm your GPS location, then you would have to in the same area due to the fact some people use the family plan without actually living together sometimes. Though if you are not doing this then have no worries and you’ll be all good!

Thanks for your reply - that's good then.  I only ask as I had huge problems when we moved house last year and I changed the address!  Didn't want to risk having to create new accounts or anything!
