Paguei a conta premium para universitarios, o pagamento ja foi confirmado por email mas ate agora minha conta continua free. Ja olhei os topicos de ajuda e nada resolve.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
