Could I get some log when family member changes?

I wanna know when certain users joined or leave my family. Is it possible?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

There's, unfortunately, no specific log for the Premium Family plan, but you can check your email inbox for any messages about changes to the plan (for example, when someone joins the plan).

You can also keep track of current plan members on your account page.
