Country change with no new country payment method

Hello,

I am changing country and with it from one Premium-family subscription to another. The FAQ tells me I should change my payment method to belong to that of the new country to be able to change the country, but my payment card will still be the one of the previous country, as I am keeping my bank there.

How can I change my country from Finland to Spain without changing the payment method?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Unfortunately, you can't. If you really want to change your country setting to Spain, you could cancel your subscription and wait for it to end.

Once it has ended, you can easily update your country setting through a dropdown menu on your account page.

Keep in mind that, if you'd like to upgrade to a paid plan again, you'll need a payment method that's been issued in the same country as set in your account.
