Created new family plan

Hello,

 

 

I was previously on my roommate's family plan, but I've since moved and I just today started my own plan. I've shared the plan with two people, and they've been able to use Spotify just fine.

However, I was never asked for my address. I'm worried that Spotify will think that I'm still at my old address, is this going to be an issue?

Hey @lunb0ks,

 

Thanks for sharing that. If you're unsure about the status of your subscription, you can check it out by logging in to your account page, both in the Account overview and Premium for Family sections. You should be able to see whether you're the administrator of a new plan or not. 

 

Keep in mind that if you've been a member in a Premium for Family plan, and then upgrade to your own plan, the address shouldn't be transferred to the new subscription.
