Credit card not accepted

Credit card not accepted

Just signed up for a premium family account and I get a message back that credit card payment not accepted.

I checked my credit card info, my cc account and everything is in order. There is no reason for it to not be accepted.

I'm sorry about that. Could you please try again, this time using a different browser in your computer? Clearing the cache or using an anonymous window might also help.
