My Question or Issue

INGRESE A PLAN FAMILIAR, Y ME HICIERON UN COBRO DE 8.99 DLRS. LA TARJETA CON LA QUE INGRESE, VENCIÓ AL MES SIGUIENTE, POR LO QUE EL DIA DE HOY INGRESÉ UNA NUEVA TARJETA PARA SUSTITUIRLA, Y SE VOLVIÓ A HACER EL RECARGO DE 8.99 DLRS CUANDO NI SIQUIERA HE COMPLETADO LOS PRIMEROS 3 MESES DE SUSCRIPCIÓN QUE SE INDICAN EN EL CONTRATO.

 

I STARTED MY FAMILIAR PLAN WITH A DEBIT VISA CARD, AND I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION WITH THE 8.99 DLS OF CHARGE. NOW, I CHANGE THE CARD BECAUSE IT´S EXPIRED, WHEN I DO THAT, THE SYSTEM CHARGE ME AGAIN WITH 8.99 DLS. I DON´T EVEN REACH THE 3 MONTHS OF SUBSCRIPTION. PLEASE FIX IT.
