Dun aksam Ogrenci uyeligine basvurdum. Dogrulamak icin belge gonderdim bu sabah dogrulama mesaji geldi. Mesaja tikladim ancak aradigin sayfa artik yok seklinde bi mesaj cikti. Sonra yeniden basvuru yapayim dedim daha once basvurdun seklinde bir yazi cikti ama toplamda parayi iki kere cekmis. Hala premium hesabim yok. Ve diger 7 liranin iade edilmesini ve premium hesabimin dogrulanmasini istiyorum. Geregini yapiniz.

You shouldn't have been charged since you never completed the sign up process. You can reach out to your bank for more info on when those pending charges will get back to you.

For now, you can try signing up to the discount using an incognito window to see if it helps.
