Dad can't connect to my Premium Family plan

Dad can't connect to my Premium Family plan

I've sent my dad an invitation, but we can't connect him, error message "03 - oops something went wrong, try again" appears. Trying again doesn't help.

Hey @govedaite,

 

Please tell your Dad to reach out to Support so they can manually confirm that he resides at the same address.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
