Daughter can't join family

Help! I've sent both her and my son invitations. He got his signed in and has no issues. Hers- still shows hers as a free account. She has clicked the invitation and created her account with that but still isn't working. We've tried with two different email addresses. We've restarted her phone, uninstalled and reinstalled spotify and we are at a complete loss as to what to do. Can anyone help???

Hey @Ames7x, welcome to the community!

So your daughter can join the Premium for Family plan, ask her to first log into her account here. She'll then be able to accep the invite you sent to her email and join the plan.

If she's unable to join after that, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, using a different browser, or an incognito window.
