Daugther does not receive invitation

Daugther does not receive invitation

My daughter had a premium account. However, she downgraded it recently because I (the father) purchased a family account. Now, I have sent her invitations from my account so she can upgrade to premium again at my costs.

Unfortunately, none of the invitations enter up in her mailbox. We have double checked the mail address, that is not the problem. What is the problem? Why aren't these invitations sent?

Could it be that Spotify checks if invitations are sent to known mail addresses?

We'd recommend checking if she received the email on her Spam/trash folder.

Well, that would be too obvious.  Certainly, there is no mail.
