Deleted playlist's and can't play songs.

Deleted playlist's and can't play songs.

When I wasn't paying Premium everything worked perfectly, now when I'm paying, it's not working. Spotify deleted my Liked songs, and few more playlist's that I saved. Also, my biggest problem is that I can't play 90% of the songs that I want to play. What should I do?
Everyone else on my family subscription does not have a problem.

Are you sure you're logged in to the correct account? It's possible you accidentally created a second one when you signed up for Premium, so your music might still be on the first account. Double-check with all possible email addresses you might have used to create an account with to see if your music is there. You can also try logging in to another device to see if things look good there.


As for the songs not being playable, it'd be greatly appreciated if you could send us a short video which shows how things look on your end. Feel free to also let us know what troubleshooting you've done so far so we avoid repeating the steps.
