Didn’t recieve an e-mail from Spotify Family

Didn’t recieve an e-mail from Spotify Family

I was sent an e-mail from my brother for the family membership and it worked for 2 months, after that i got kicked out and i never recieve an e-mail anymore from my brother eventho he sent it like 5/6 times (i checked the junk mail)

Hey @Gentrit34, welcome to the Community!

 

Ask them to try inviting you using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference. If not, make sure they're typing your email address in all lowercase letters.

 

Once you get the invite, just follow the steps to get back into the plan.
