Como es posible que no pueda ver mi dirección??? Mi papa vive conmigo y no puede acceder al plan Familiar porque yo no puedo ver lo que puse! 

Me pueden dar una solución coherente que no incluya cancelar mi suscripción y volverla a renovar?

The address he needs to input is the same one you used when you invited the first member to your plan. If they're having trouble, ask them to try joining your plan using an incognito window to see if it helps.
