Discount Family Subscription error

Hi. In May I was trying to activate student discount but they didn't sent me back any information. I was a bit upset but nevermind. Now I want to activate it but system is not letting me to do so. Please help. I am going on summer varacion soon and I would like to have premium version of Spotify with student discount.
