My wife has set up a family plan and every time I join it works fine for a bit then sends me the message that my last payment did not go through and suggests I downgrade to the free plan. Actually it forces me to downgrade. wth? Ive tried to log out and that yields the same result.

Thanks for the post.

 

To get rid of this message, you'd need to reach out directly to our customer support team, through one of the channels here. Explain what is happening, and they should be able to assist. 

 

This can sometimes happen if you've had a failed payment on your account, which the system detected as possibly fraudulent.
