Don't understand how to add family members to the family plan

Don't understand how to add family members to the family plan

I don't seem able to add family members to the family account.  The family members are receiving an email, but when they click on accept it takes them to a log in page which says they are already members.  I don't understand what is meant to happen!

Hmm. Can you please make sure that they're all logged into their own Spotify accounts while trying to accept their invites?

So do they have to create Spotify accounts to be part of family account? Or should they have already had accounts before we started the family account? We've only tried it with one family member so far and when she tries to log in it just says that she is already a member of this family, so she can't log in.

That's correct, they'll have to create a Spotify account at https://spotify.com/signup if they don't already have one.
