Husband set up a duo account and added me t the same time when setting up. His plays non stop music and I only get a couple of songs and then loads of adverts. surely it should be the same and advert free.

You're right, it should be the same. 🙂 I recommend making sure you're logged into the app using the same account that you used to accept the Premium Duo invite within your browser.

You can also log in at https://spotify.com/account to double-check if the account you're logged into is part of the Premium Duo.
