My Question or Issue

 

I switched from a standard Premium subscription to Duo recently. (Since I wasn't able to switch easily, I had to cancel my premium subscription first and then join the Duo six-month plan). But my Duo subscription doesn't show up on my account overview page. I wasn't even asked for my address when I subscribed, which I believe is supposed to happen. I tried going to the Duo and the invite page directly using links I found on the forum, but that just takes me to a three-circle-loading page. 

 

I tried the fixes suggested here (logging in from a different device/incognito window), but I keep ending up at the three-circles loading page. Can someone please help me with this?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

 

Could you share a screenshot of how your account page looks like? There in the Your Plan section you should see Duo if the plan was activated correctly.
