My Question or Issue

I recently received an email saying that there was a payment failure and that I needed to update my payment information. I went on to update my information and when I went to put which plan, the family plan option wasn't there. And I had a pop up saying that I wasn't eligible for the family plan. I've had the plan since the middle of summer/ maybe earlier. Can someone please help me out with this?

First, did you try subscribing from different devices? If not, could you try opening this page on a desktop, and if that doesn't work, then could you try opening it in another browser or an incognito window and seeing if you can redeem the offer?

 

If you're still having trouble, could you send us a screenshot of the error you are seeing when trying to sign up for Premium for Family? Once we have that we'll have a better idea of the issue you're experiencing.
