Email for Address Verification not received

Email for Address Verification not received

I (the admin of the Family Plan) received the email about another family member verification request this morning, but he did not receive any message. Checked inbox and spam/junk folders, nothing. He has 7 days to reply confirming our address, hope there's a way to send another notification to him in the meanwhile.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You can share the following link with the family member: https://www.spotify.com/family/reverify/redirect/ 🙂 They just need to make sure they're entering the same address you saved for the plan.

 

Also, since the family member didn't receive the email, it's recommended that they make sure their account details are up to date. They can check those at https://spotify.com/account.

Hi, I’m facing the same problem! My cousin didn’t receive the email and was kicked out. Now we can’t put her back on the plan. Is there some solution ? 
We tried this solution but didn’t work also.

If you've already tried the suggested steps, but it's still not working for you and the cousin it's best to reach out to Support so that they can take a look behind the scenes. You can contact them via one of the ways mentioned here.

My elderly father-in-law doesn't check his spam folder so he didn't see the address verification email had been tagged as junk by Google. I told him over dinner one evening to watch for the email but he isn't great with email. First we knew of it was when I received an alert saying he was kicked from our family plan today. How do I get this overturned?
