Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my new family premium account. My daughter received the invitation mail and succeeded to join but my husband didn't even receive the mail.
We tried to cancel the invitation and send it again, it didn't work. We also tried to change his disconnect and reconnect his spotify account and it didn't work again !
Please, does someone have an issue for this ?

I'd recommend trying to send the Premium for Family invite to another email address and have the person you're trying to invite open the email on their own device and click ACCEPT INVITATION. Gmail works well for most users.
