Hi there,

I am using Spotify Family since it started in Germany. Today unfortunately my family said, they can not use Spotify anymore.

After I checked my account, I saw that no adress is shown in the 'manage family account' site.

I re-invited them but they can not join.

What happened and how can I get some help ?
