Entering the Correct/ Matching Address and Still Getting an Error

My mother in law just moved in with us, and I am trying to send her a guest account to our Spotify Family account.
I have entered the EXACT account address multiple times, and it keeps saying the addresses don't match.
Now, I can't log her in because we couldn't finalize her account setup, and I ALSO can't even listen to anything on a free account for her because it says "There is already an account associated with that email."
So despite entering the correct address over and over again, we are completely stuck, and I would love some help!

If you got an error message, saying there already is an existing account with her email, then it's likely you were able to finalize creating the account, so to access it, just try resetting the account's password and she should be able to log in.


As for the Premium plan, make sure her account's country matches yours, as it's necessary in order for her to be able to join the Family plan. You can check the country settings on the account page. In case they match, you can try updating the address on your Family account, then sending her a new invite and entering the new updated address for her account as well.
