Error when confirming home address for family plan to add my wife

My Question or Issue

I keep trying to verify my address and I'm getting an error. I  just upgraded to the family plan so that I can add my wife. It takes me to the address section- I type in our home address hit verify then confirm and I keep getting this error. "There was a problem-please try again" Help please 🙂

I was able to change the address, but when I send the link to my wife and she clicks on it, it says it's expired? I've sent 4 different times with same result
