No puedo agregar a un familiar. Ami cuenta familiar premium, porque sale que tengo un plan free?

Hey there!

 

I hope you don't mind us replying in English, it's the official Community language 🙂
Please open your receipts page and check if your payments for the Family account are there.
If they are, make sure to doublecheck that you're logged into the app with the same credentials you used for the webpage login.

After making sure you're logged into your Premium Family account, follow this guide to add members to the plan!
