Explicit filter stays grey...

Explicit filter stays grey...

I want to turn of the filter for one of my family members, but the switch to toggle stays grey both ways. Not sure why? I think it is stuck on block.

Thanks for the post.

 

Can you let us know if the toggle stays grayed out only for that specific family member or for every account in the plan? 

 

What you can do is open up the family account page on an incognito browser window or in another browser and try removing the explicit filter.
