My Question or Issue

 

Family plan does not work for me. There is NO place to add family members. I see no slots. period.  I tried sending cut & paste invites but those did not work either. I've read the directions at least 100 times figuring I must be missing something. Even watched videos on youtube and read the message boards - nothing works and I continue to see the same thing... Going back to premium and paying 1 months worth of Family plan that I could to use..... Please Spotify do not send me the generic response you send to all that are having the same issues because my head will explode.

Is it possible that you're logged in to the wrong Spotify account? Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features such as family members or invite link. 

 

We suggest you head to this help page. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts. 

 

If you still can't locate the account on which you've activated the family subscription, would you mind sending us a screenshot showing how the account page looks on your end? Just attach the image to your next response to us. This way we can take a closer look at the issue. Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.
