Facebook and friends and family

I have signed up/in to spotify through facebook my fiancee is trying to add me to her friends and family account but i am not receiving the e-mail to join, I understand that the post codes have to be the same so is signing in via facebook the issue? if so can i transfer my library and so forth to another account??

Having your account set up via Facebook shouldn't have any influence on the Premium for Family plan invite.

Let's try asking your fiancee to cancel the current invite and sending you a new one using a different browser or an incognito window.

If you still don't get the invite, and it's not hiding in your unwanted or junk mail boxes, try having the invite sent to an alternate email address to see if you receive it.
