Failing adding family member to spotify premium

Hi...

Bought a Family subsciption 1+ year ago. Son and wife added. All brilliant and working.

Now the wife is unable to join even though invites been sent like 10 times. No matter what i do, i can't get her in to the Family @spotify.

I send invite to e-mail, she follow the link and answer whatever questions Spotify asks, like name, adress etc. Then she logs into Spotify on iPhone 6S and when logged ind, her account is free. Always the same thing, just free and not Premium like myself and the son.

Som good advices from anyone?

 Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it again, still not working.
