Familiar premium

Hi, I was removed from the plan familiar premium that I was and I can't go back because there says that the zip code isn't the same as the administrator. What should I do?

I am in the same boat. My wife, that lives in the same place as me, can't join my account anymore.

Pra uma solução rápida dessa questão, sugiro que vocês entrem em contato com a equipe do Spotify diretamente pelo Facebook. Mandem uma mensagem inbox pra eles informando os endereços de e-mail cadastrados nas contas com problema e o do Administrador, que eles respondem em poucos minutos!

I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on Facebook (they generally reply within an hour) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
