My Question or Issue

I left a family plan in December, the only family plan I've ever been in, and now have arranged to join a new one at the new house I've moved to. However I'm getting this error when following the invite link: "We couldn’t confirm that you live with the plan manager for this Premium plan. You can join someone else’s plan again in 12 months"

How can I confirm that I live at the same address? There's no option to provide an address.
