Family Abo password lost

Hi everybody,

my mom forgot her password for her Spotify Login. Since we have a family subscription and I am the "big boss", we don't know how she can request a new password. We tried everything on her phone and on the web, but she doesn't get any mails from Spotify in order to reset her password... Can someone help?

Thanks for reaching out! 

You've mentioned your mom doesn't get emails from Spotify. Just to confirm - has she checked the Social and Spam/Junk folders? Sometimes the emails could land there.
