Family Members Kicked for No Reason

Hello,

I am a Premium user for over 3 years now and my mother, my father and I started to use Premium for Family for 1 year. It was all going well until my mother and my father got kicked out from Premium. Whenever I invite my mother and my father to Family Spotify, they are getting asked our street name, our postcode and various info I did not add to my profile (check the screen shots) (Such as our street number, which is rarely used in where I live so we don't even know what it is.) Even when they fill the questions with correct answers, their invitation is not accepted. I have my account connected to Facebook. (I created it with Facebook.) So whenever I try to change my profile settings, there is no option to change/add address. Only it says I can change my e-mail etc through Facebook but does not show anything that is related to changing address (check the screenshots). We used Premium for Family finely for a while until now I do not know what the problem is, would appreciate any kind of help.

Same has happen to me , I can’t get my wife on board , and I can’t seem to edit my address . It says you have to cancel and start again ??? That sucks . Can anyone help ???
