Hi there,

 

i have a family account but my daughters don’t receive the invite on their Hotmail account. Tried it several times, removed the invite, tried again. Looked in the spam box but no invite. Can you help me out?

Hey @coltrane74, I'll be happy to help you.

 

Could you try sending them another invite using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, could you try using a different valid email address?
