My Question or Issue

We moved to a bigger place.  So I changed my address in my account.  Now my new partner moved in and wants to join the Family Premium plan, but even though they give in the correct address - which is in my account - they keep getting the message that they have to give up the same address as mine... which they do.  Still it doesn't work.  Does anybody know how to fix this?  Thanks in advance!

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

It is important for the members to enter the address exactly as it appears on your Family owner account page. If this still doesn't work, you can change the address of the Family owner account to a more general one, e.g. without a house number or the number of a public building near your current home, and then try to invite the members again. How did that go?
